Voting for a presidential candidate because they are “nicer”, rather than their policies and political or business world track record, is like hiring a plumber to fix your plumbing problem who is incompetent and has a record of shotty work because she was “nicer”.
To Christians who say, “I can’t vote for Donald Trump because he is mean and calls people names”. Did you know Jesus was mean sometimes? Did you know that Jesus Christ called people dogs, pigs, snakes and fools and even Satan? Did you know that Jesus whipped people?
Which is worse from a Christian perspective? That Trump doesn’t support a complete ban on abortions or that Harris doesn’t support any limitations on abortions at all? Which Presidential candidate appointed justices that overturned Roe V Wade? The answer is Trump.
Who has a proven track record of standing with Israel and even recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel by moving our embassy there? The answer is Trump. And who has a record of holding Israel back and financially supporting her enemies (Iran, Hamas) – Biden and Harris.
Who has a proven track record of promoting peace through strength and not seeking to get America into wars that could start World War III? Trump. Who has a record of almost bringing us to brink of World War III in Ukraine? Biden and Harris.
Some Christians say, “Both Trump and Harris are for LGTBQ rights”. And sadly, that is true. But which one is worse on this issue? Which one supports biological males being in women’s bathrooms, sports and prisons? The answer is Harris. And Trump stands against these things.
And here is a news flash for Christians who don’t believe in nations defending the sovereignty of their borders. God is the one who established the concept of nations and borders. God is a nationalist! Read Deuteronomy 32:8 and Acts 17:26.
It is true that the Bible commands us as individuals to help those in need. But it commands us to “first to shew piety at home” (1 Tim 5:4). Our first obligation is to our immediate family, then our extended family. All others come after those obligations.
“But Harris wants to help the poor and needy of this country and incoming immigrants and this is the Christian thing to do”.
Wrong.
The Bible never authorizes government redistribution of wealth. Charity was to be done freely at an individual level, not a government level.
To those who say “I can’t vote for an adulterer and whoremonger who is a convicted felon, calls people names and lies”
Are you so naive to think other presidents and or presidential candidates have not done the same things but they simply hid them better? Really?
Are you not bothered by a corrupted justice system that has literally target a man in search of a crime they can pin on him?
Are you not bothered by the fact that his famous “37 felonies” conviction was all about one incident…paying hush money and that many former Presidents or candidates did the same thing and were never prosecuted?
This corrupted justice system should be enough on its own for Christians to vote for Trump to clean out the deep state bureaucracy.
Donald Trump is not a perfect man. But the policies he is proposing to govern with are far closer to a Biblical worldview than those of Kamala Harris. The choice could not be clearer for Christians in this election – we must choose Donald Trump for our next President.
