The Bible explicitly condemns men engaging in sexual relations with men in Leviticus 18:22, Leviticus 20:13, Romans 1:27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 and1 Timothy 1:9-10.  But it never explicitly condemns women having sexual relations with women.
