I have just published a new article over on my BiblicalSexology.com website addressing an important question many Christians are asking today:
Is all sex outside of marriage sinful, or are there exceptions?
Many people will acknowledge that adultery, prostitution, incest, and other obvious sexual sins are condemned in Scripture. But then they try to create exceptions for sex in “committed relationships,” sex with non-virgin women, or situations where two people love each other and plan to marry in the future.
In this new article, I show from Scripture that sex is never morally neutral. It either honors God’s design for marriage, or it dishonors and perverts that design. I also address common objections from Genesis, 1 Corinthians 6 and 7, Exodus 22, Romans 4, and the Torah’s sexual laws.
If you have ever wondered whether the Bible leaves room for “acceptable” sex outside of marriage, this article is for you.
